This Privacy Policy explains how Vivid 4D ("we", "us") handles information when you use our application on Meta Quest devices.

2. Camera and Passthrough Data (Crucial for MR)

We respect your privacy. To provide Mixed Reality (MR) features, our app requires access to your device's camera sensors (Passthrough API).

• Local Processing Only: All camera and sensor data is processed locally on your headset in real-time to blend virtual content with your physical environment.
• No Storage or Transmission: We DO NOT collect, record, store, or transmit any video, images, or spatial data from your cameras to our servers or any third-party servers.
• The camera data is strictly used for the immediate visualization purpose and is discarded instantly after rendering.

3. Personal Data

We do not require you to create an account to use Vivid 4D. We do not collect personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.

4. Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated technical data (e.g., crash reports, device model) solely to improve app stability and performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
